ASYMPTOTE is a system for adaptive and synchronous learning of mathematics, free of charge and advertising. With ASYMPTOTE, students work on so-called learning graphs - structured collections of tasks on a specific topic. The learners are supported by hints and an automatic answer validation as well as accessible sample solutions. In addition, learners are rewarded with points for successful completion of tasks!
But the learning graph offers even more: In terms of adaptive learning, ASYMPTOTE can refer to easier support tasks if the current task is not successfully completed. At the same time, challenge tasks are available for all those who have solved the previous tasks.
In addition, with the "Digital Classroom" a tool is available for synchronous mathematics lessons, in which the learners can contact the teacher directly via chat. The teacher, in turn, can view the students progress in real time and thus provide targeted feedback on the students work progress.
The ASYMPTOTE app is available in English, German, Greek, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese . The app and the associated web portal are funded by the European Union within the framework of the Erasmus+ Strategic Partnership ASYMPTOTE.
